Beautiful colorful set of two art deco vases in purple and amber, made of 1930s Bohemian pressed glass.
The amber art deco vase was made in the 1930s by the Austrian company Stölzle and produced in their Czech Heřmanova Hut factory, model 18716. See catalog.
The foot is marked.
The ochre yellow glass vase is 20 cm high and has a diameter of 9.7 cm. At the bottom the diameter is 9 cm.
The purple art deco pressed glass vase is also bohemian and 1930s and also has the sleek modernist 8-angle foot. The provenance is unfortunately unknown.
The vase has a small manufacturing defect on the underside of the foot. This occurred during casting in the mold (see photo). Thus, this defect is completely original and is not at all noticeable.
The purple glass vase is 19.5 cm high and has a diameter of 11 cm. At the bottom the diameter is 9.2 cm.
Both art deco vases are in good condition and have no cracks, chips or tears.
