Limited edition of Hans J. Wegner's Wishbone Chair in Ancient Oak for the designer's 104th birthday on April 2, 2018.
For this special edition of the Wishbone Chair, Carl Hansen & Søn used a special processing technique to develop the new Ancient Oak variant, which mimics the distinctive warm, dark brown color of extremely rare, thousand-year-old bog oak. Elegant and strong, Ancient Oak pays homage to the beauty and longevity of Wegner's Wishbone Chair, which has been in continuous production at Carl Hansen & Søn since 1950.
The limited Wishbone Chair comes with a brass plate engraved with Wegner's signature.
