These chairs come from ercol's Goldsmith series, which is no longer produced today. They are characterized by a high spindle backrest with a shaped top and are made of solid elm seat and solid beech frame. Their stylish and high-quality design is very typical of early Ercol furniture. Original Ercol pieces are timeless and fit into any traditional or contemporary dining area. The chairs are fitted with soft cushions that provide extra comfort and complement the elegant appearance. Ercol is an iconic British furniture company founded in the 1930s by Lucian Ercolani, an Italian immigrant and cabinetmaker. They are known for their elegant, sleek designs and use of high quality wood species such as beech, ash and elm.
