The 'Frosta', with its distinctive curved legs, is based on Artek's iconic 'Stool E60' stacking stool. This was designed in 1933 by Finnish designer Alvar Aalto. This sturdy stool is made of birch plywood and the legs are mounted directly to the bottom of the round seat without complicated connecting elements.
