Condition: very good. Top edge of sheet has light dent, see photo. Print run: 120/200. Dimensions: 66 x 50 cm. Paul de LUSSANET (Laren, 1940) With grandparents who were artists, Paul de Lussanet grew up in a creative environment. He trained at the Higher Institute of Fine Arts in Antwerp. He also had three years of lessons at the Schule des Sehens of well-known expressionist Oskar Kokoschka in Salzburg. After this he lived in Paris for ten years, until he returned permanently to Laren in 2000. During the summer months, he can often be found at Laren's Jagtlust, an artists' castle that during the 1950s and 1960s allowed the Dutch avant-garde to flourish through creative gatherings. De Lussanet is known for his depictions of the female nude, using colorful and dynamic compositions. In these, he creates merges between the fragile and the glamorous of women.

Top edge sheet has light dent, see photo.
