Arne Norell was a Swedish furniture designer and entrepreneur. He founded his own workshop in Sweden in 1954. A little later he founded AB Arne Norell - today known as "Norell Furniture". He was known for his versatile use of wood, leather, fabric and metal. His designs were strongly oriented towards Danish design.
