I’m selling this Scandinavian round expendable dining table with 4 matching Fristho chairs of rosewood and black skai.
The Fristho chairs are designed by Inger Klingenberg. IK comes from the initials of the Danish designer, Inger Klingenberg, who was working for the Dutch manufacturer Fristho.
The wooden inlay the forms the octagon shape on the sides makes the table something really special. This set of chairs is her most famous project because of the floating effect of the seats. The chairs are in original condition. I bought it 15 years ago in a vintage furniture store in The Hague. I fell in love with the chairs and the lady who owned the store told me the table made the set complete.
