This great set of 4 beautiful chairs, is one of the strongest designs the Fristho company brought to the market. They are in beautiful 60 year old condition and are immediately usable. The original papercord seat is still in an intact and immediately usable condition, unique! In combination with the beautiful teak wood we have a fantastic set of 4 chairs that belong to the true design classics, a wonderful jewel for your interior, a value investment in your home or office. This set concerns a production by the famous furniture factory Fristho, which took Niels Möller's model 71 as an example and perhaps produced it under license. It was decided to embellish this model even further, unlike the chairs from Møller's own factory, more rounded parts were now added especially in the front legs, also the backrest is just a bit more flowing, experts describe this, much rarer Fristho variant, as a very successful variant with tasteful modifications. This variant of the chair is attributed to Cor Bontenbal of the in-house Fristho Design team. A truly unique set for the true Mid - Century Modern enthusiast!
