Product description
Vintage Space Age round coffee table from the 70s. Origin unknown. A beautiful design with wide tubular/cylindrical legs, this table is ideal for everyday use as well as for an aperitif with friends. There's plenty of room to display books and objects such as vases. Blue/green glass top and white lacquered wood structure. The top is held in place by a wooden hoop, which fits into the 3 cylindrical legs that can be moved around the table. The glass is thick and very solid, in a way that is no longer commercially available. The whole thing is very stable, and the design of this table is very well thought-out.
The glass top has numerous micro-scratches and a few more obvious scratches, and the paintwork shows signs of wear. There is a small chip on one edge, perhaps hidden by the legs moving around the table. Normal wear for a fifty-year-old vintage piece.
