Product description
Coffee table made in Brazil at the end of the 70s. The table is made out of "jacaranda", also called rosewood, its natural color is close to yellow. In fact this wood is called in the north of Brazil "madeira amarela" or yellow wood. This wood was specifically used in high-end cabinetmaking until the early 1980s, then banned to preserve this species. The table has an offset base giving it an undeniable charm. The top is made of painted glass of surprising thickness, and very loud. The table is quite high, and can also be used as an "end table", it will highlight any quality object placed on it. This piece is of superb quality. Please browse our large collection of French, Italian and European vintage furniture and lighting on our store.
