The auction is for an authentic Robert Indiana SILVER sculpture IMA (Indiana Museum of Art). Stamped at the bottom Copyright + Indiana Museum of Art - Morgan Art Foundation
The SILVER Love sculptures are currently selling for over $1200 - 2700 and more in several Galleries and auction houses . Last year on an (christies) auction a similar red sculpture was sold for $5500.

This one was sold in the museum shop (exclusively) . in the beginning of these little sculptures only silver and Gold were sold. Later (already as from 2005 and later) other colours ( blue/red/green/pink) were sold too. The sculptures Always had the same size 3x3x1.5 inches . But later productions got a hole in the bottom and also the last productions (as from 2011) got a stamp at the bottom: SILVER is the 2nd wanted colour!
condition overall: very good , no visible damages ; scratches the sculpture has the Original official Insert Card /no box
Robert Indiana was (unfortunately he died in 2018) one of the greatest Popart Artists.
