Product description
This timeless eye-catcher by Rob Parry from the sixties is a design classic. Rob Parry Lotus 25 sofa/sofa designed for Gelderland in the 1960s.
This sofa resembles the sofa of Martin Visser, Gijs van der Sluis but is much rarer!
The sofa has a nickel-plated metal frame with floating teak armrests.
The seat can be pulled forward with a simple movement creating a 1-person bed.
The special feature of this model is that the legs are cantilevered unlike most Rob Parry models with 4 legs.
We have had these legs raised (with wooden sledges) so that the sofa also fits the dining table. This raise is easy to remove and made so that they leave no trace.
The upholstery and padding are in good condition.
(See pictures with cognac colored upholstery).
dimensions:
L206 x D79 x H72 ZH40cm
elevation legs is 4 cm, which can be removed,
then becomes H68 ZH36cm
