Static and powerful table lamp in the style of Jean-Claude Mahey made in the 1970s.
This lamp has a bombastic base made of thick brass with a square block of deep black lacquered wood above it. The original black lampshade is covered on the inside with a golden film which creates a very warm and atmospheric light at night.
The lamp has an E27 socket. Plug, cable and light switch have been completely renewed.

In overall very good condition with only minimal signs of use and age.
There is patina on the brass and the lampshade only has "wrinkles" on the back (see last photo)
