Rare easy chair designed by Frode Braathen & Hans Brattrud for Dokka Møbler in 1958. This chair has a solid ash wood frame with beautiful sculpted armrests in teak and brass joints. Now reupholstered with a nice off-white bouclé fabric which matches the elegant frame perfectly. It took me a while to find out who designed this chair, but my instinct was right and this chair is mentioned in the Mobilia magazine of 1958. It is called ‘Model 500’ (see picture).
