Very rare set of four minimalist designed dining chairs, made in the eighties by Westnofa and designed by Thorstein Nilsen.
Chic design with red upholstery, silver tube frame and black lacquered wood.
The ones we have in stock have strong similarities to the better-known Totem model, however, the bases are different.
The chairs have an organically curved chrome tube frame base in cantilever form.
On this rests the seat covered with red fabric.
As with model Totem, the backrest is made of a single piece of plywood, with which the bars are formed. The bars are spaced at the top with wooden balls.
A chair are in a neat used condition, with slight traces of use on the backrests (see photos). We chrome parts of the base have been polished by us and look neat. The red upholstery has been carefully cleaned by us, and the foam underneath is firm. The set can be used right away. We only sell the chairs by the four, and not separately.
