Pipistrello lamp, large model, designed by Italian architect and designer Gae Aulenti in 1965 and published by Martinelli Luce This iconic piece of 1970s Italian design is distinguished by its white opaline methacrylate shade, evoking the spread wings of a bat, Hence the name "Pipistrello", meaning "bat" in Italian The lamp features a satin-finish stainless steel telescopic base, allowing its height to be adjusted from 66 to 86 cm, and rests on a lacquered metal base It is fitted with four LED bulbs (included), providing soft, diffused light. Dimensions: diameter of shade 55 cm, diameter of base 32 cm. This lamp is in perfect condition, with no scratches or defects, and works perfectly.
