it is a very early version of the UFO hanging lamp by Louis Kalff, you can see this in the design details compared to other versions. The hanging lamp is made of aluminium, partly black and partly white, see photos. The Philips logo can be seen in one of the photos.
This hanging lamp is 63 years old and looks beautiful. The aluminum parts near the suspension would benefit from a cleaning, as would the rest of the hanging lamp.
