Product description
Very special piece of furniture designed by Cees Braakman for the Dutch design company 'Pastoe' in early fifties in The Netherlands. This dressoir is veneered in oak wood and has solid oak wood details such as the handles and edges. The cabinet has cone shaped oak legs, shelfs that can be adjusted in height and, typical for the design of Cees Braakman, three curved drawers.
The cabinet is in reasonable condition but needing some repairs for small damages and general restoration on the veneer which is missing in the lower left side door (allowing to see the wood paneling below) and the veneer is also damaged in the lower right door. The lower shelf is also requiring restoration as it is lined with orange sticker paper.
