A very exquisite set of two beautifully carved nightstands or side tables, most likely attributed to Paolo Buffa (1903-1970), Italy, circa 1950s. They have black glass tops and shelves. The ends of the ebony legs are finished with beautiful brass cups with a slight patina. There is no left or right table, so they can also be used as side tables and not exclusively at the side of the bed. Absolutely stunning pair of night tables, end tables or side tables. Some signs of use and patina consistent with age and original vintage condition.
