Beautiful painting by our Dutch Pride, the painter Han Klinkhamer, signed (on back), painting is from 2001. Many see in it a reflection of a forest/trees in the water. Others see other images. Black, white, green and yellow colors (paint). Han Klinkhamer's work in its own way expresses a primal subject of Dutch painting, namely the Dutch light that is central to Dutch Impressionism better known as the Hague School. With this, Klinkhamer has managed to carve out a place for himself within Dutch art. Many times Klinkhamer models his paintings. He applies his paintings with ink, then thick layers of paint and, as it were, scoops out his artwork. Rural scenes, forests, fields and water etc are often found in his paintings and works of art. This painting is on canvas canvas on an aluminum heavy window panel.
