Vintage scandinavian round/oval dining table that becomes oval from round by extending. The Danish round table does have signs of use, scratches and color differences. I can explain how to restore it like new but I think it has a lot of charm this way too. The table is 107cm round and the extra leaf is 40cm. The oval will then be 147cm x 107cm. The legs slide out. The additional leaf should be stored separately. The table would also be very nice if painted in a funky color. The table fits as it is now in many interior styles; Industrial, Bohemian, Botanical, Country, Modern, Eclectic, scandinavian but also wabi sabi, japandi or brutalist. Chairs by Rainer Daumiller would go well with it. - The table could be a little higher by putting some thicker felts under it or making a wooden beam between the legs and the top. - Extension system works well but always works better in pairs - Both sides have to be extended. Legs slide along. size not extended - 107x107cm, height; 71.5cm size extended - 107x147cm, height; 71.5cm The table is nice thick solid pine wood nice and round and convex. Completely in the daumiller style but would also fit well in a more rural interior. Or very timeless and stylish! Photos are part of the item description. The table will be well packed with care for during transport. I add items regularly but not everything is online. If you are looking for a particular item, especially send a message! Also fits many interior styles such as wabi sabi, japandi, funky, beige, Scandinavian, vintage, retro, mid - Century modern, millennial, 60's, 70's, 80's and the 90's etc. And is also an ideal sustainable housewarming gift, present. Other styles and words I always really like are; Chunky, wavy, wood, brass, stainless steel, brutalist, cast iron, iron, wobbly etc. All items for a festive (eclectic) table setting and but also beige ibiza style interior (decoration) with in combination of (stainless steel) y2k / nillies.
Pine is a soft wood so it dents a little easier. The top has sun discoloration and several scratches and dents. Please look carefully at the pictures!
