We are selling this special clothes rack designed by Ugo Nespolo from our parents' estate. The sturdy piece of furniture is in good original condition, but shows a few signs of wear (see photo). We are therefore offering it at a comparatively low price.

Foreign text (abridged):
"L'albero dei cappelli, the "hat tree", is a sculpture that is more than a simple domestic object. Ugo Nespolo was an important Italian artist who was active in many fields. He designed costumes and stage sets for the opera house. He was a director, ceramist, painter, designer, writer and theorist. The "Hat Tree" designed for Origlia in the 1980s is an object that fully represents his playful, colorful and almost childlike style."- Slight scratches on the paintwork (due to the use of coat hangers),
- the scratches on some hats are caused by contact with roughcast,
- the clothes rack was and is in our parents' house (free of smoke and animal hair).
