Superb collector's item for decoration or use! This model SM7 Wide De Luxe is a large typewriter manufactured by Olympia Werke AG, Wilhelmshaven in West Germany in the 1960s. It is a machine known for its writing comfort. The machine is in good working condition, is a work tool or a charming vintage decorative object. The machine might need minor maintenance and new ribbons anyway. It is a rare specimen because of its large carriage (wide carriage) that allows you to write with A3 sheets in portrait mode. Maximum width of a sheet: 33 centimeters. It has an AZERTY keyboard. The machine comes in the original case, it shows signs of use slight damage and a lock that sometimes falters.
