Moreno Pincas emigrated to Israel in 1949. He studied at the Avni Art Institute in Tel Aviv from 1958 to 1960 and won First Prize in the Young Painters Biennial at the Museum of Modern Art in Haifa in 1960.
A scholarship holder from the America Israel Cultural Foundation, he moved to Paris and trained at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris.
Moreno Pincas is a member of the Salon de Mai Committee.
