Modernist vintage coffee table or sofa table of glass waterfall named Genio designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini, Italy, 20th century. The clear curved waterfall shape makes the coffee table appear light and floating. Only the metal legs make it feel like the table is standing on the ground. Very beautiful design by famous designer Massimo Iosa Ghini, who is also a member of Ettore Sottsass' Avant Garde design movement Memphis Group and responsible for many installations of retail chains and hotels. The coffee table is signed and made of safety glass from Fiam, Italy. The clear and sleek design fits perfectly into a contemporary, traditional or Mid - Century modern environment.
