Modernist desk from the 1930s-40s, perfect for small spaces or multi-purpose use. This desk perfectly illustrates the clean, functional aesthetic of the Bauhaus movement, characterized by a light, sophisticated appearance. Three spacious drawers provide ample storage capacity. Its original nickel-plated chrome structure, slightly damaged in places, adds a lovely authentic patina, reinforcing its vintage charm. The top and drawers are made of restored, varnished, tempting black oak-veneered slatted wood. A few very minor defects testify to its history. Original cylindrical handles in nickel-plated chrome.
