This large 150 x 100 x 4.5 cm painting made on canvas consists of 98% oil paint, 1% acrylic paint and 1% print. The painting depicts how people can be devastated by a secret love affair and is full of extraordinary details. For example, images of John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe are visible through the layers of paint, as well as newspaper articles from the 1960s. From my gallery, I am selling this brand new work and also extraordinary eye-catcher that is a feast for many a person's eyes. The work has already been exhibited at a castle in Olst. The work was created in 2024 and a photo of the work was used as a record cover for the pop song: The Merry Goes Round, a song that is also about an unattainable love and the heavy and deep mourning it brings. This song is on Spotify and was created by painter (and composer) Olivier Xavier. Another special detail of the painting is the artist Olivier Xavier's wax seal stamp. The buyer can only pick up the work.
