This very comfortable swivel chair is upholstered with green velvet upholstery, which does have some signs of use. Especially on both armrests and on the (loose) seat cushion. Fine to use as is, but for the beauty is recommended re-upholstering. Technically it is 100% in order. No play on the foot.
