Beautiful Minerva sofa by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard for the firm France & Daverkosen (FD-417). Vintage Mid - Century design executed in a solid teak frame with chromed steel details. This is the rarer version with armrests and was made in the early 1960s. The original seat, back and arm cushions have pocket springs and are upholstered in a moss-green rib fabric. The sofa can be easily converted into a single bed by removing the back cushion. The sofa is 200 cm long, 81 cm high, 77 cm deep and has a seat height of 40 cm. The sofa has light signs of use that can be expected after 60+ years of use, but has no major damage. Also the moss green rib fabric still looks very good.
