Product description
The lamps come from the house on the Werderscher Markt in Berlin, today the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the 1970s, the building was used by the Central Committee (ZK) of the SED of the German Democratic Republic (GDR). The lamps hung in the large hall of the Kurstr. extension. , and were dismantled there by us in 2021.
The lamps come from the same production as those in the Palace of the Republic of the GDR by the designers Peter Beyer, Udo Domröse and Andreas Kuhnardt.
This unique offer includes the ceiling lamp shown with the speaker in the centre.
In the pictures, the lamp is mounted on two wooden beams and is against the wall.
You can purchase a piece of German history here.
The square ceiling tiles are 120 cm square with 44 glass balls.
The glass balls have a diameter of 18 cm.
Unfortunately, it cannot be sent by post because of the size. We can ship by courier, the costs depend on the destination and would then be determined.
The specified shipping costs are only to be seen as placeholders and are not binding.
You can also have the items picked up by a forwarding agent you commission yourself, if that makes sense for you.
However I think it would be best if you take a look at the lamp first, we have more of these please see the other listings.
