The 'Lotus Chair' and 'Lotus Table' are both a design by Michiel van der Kley from his early days as a designer. The furniture set was designed in 1990 during the period when he manufactured his own designs.
The 'Lotus Chair' has a backrest reminiscent of an unfolded lotus leaf. The seat of the chair has a wine red color that goes well with the color of the wood.
The 'Lotus Table' has an elegant triangular top on curved legs.
