This coffee table with clear top, metal frame and space in table top for books/magazines (covered by 2 milky white glass tops) was purchased in 1998 from furniture manufacturer Metaform in Harderwijk. The metal frame gives the table a robust modern look similar to Italian design. The size of this coffee table is: 70 cm wide x 130 cm long x 37.5 cm high.
The clear top is slightly discolored on one side under the influence of the sun. The top has light scratches caused by drinking glasses. On one side of the table the top is damaged (see photo) and has been repaired using special glue to seal the damage. On the inside of the 4 pots a very light form of erosion/rust can be seen. On the visible side/outside of the pots this is not visible.
