Berlin , GermanyView all items from this sellerFor sale is a lamp in light blue / dark blue from Matsushita / National with the model number F1088, the first series of this lamp with separate on and off switch. In the second series it was replaced by the model FS193 with only one switch button.
The design dates back to 1957 and the lamp on offer was produced in Japan in July 1962.
Considering its age, the lamp is in an almost flawless and completely original, unrestored condition. There is only a small scuff on the left side of the base and minimal signs of wear on the lampshade. The gooseneck is immaculate and holds any position you turn it to. Although the cable and plug are still original, they are no longer up to date in terms of safety and should be replaced professionally.
The lamp is also suitable for wall mounting.
