This is the National Fluorescent DeskLamp, Model Number. FS 193E, made by Matsushita Electric Japan in the 1960s.
The lamp's design is based on the streamlined design of aircraft from the late 1960s.
It comes in a beautiful ice blue color combination. The lamp works with fluorescent lighting, and is easy to direct thanks to the flexible arm. There is a switch on the base.
