Rare, magnificent antique pot or large bowl, 20th century, hand-turned yellow stoneware, French manufacture, traditional Puisaye stoneware. Brown glazed interior and top, light metallic sheen, rough bottom and underside. Stamped with a reverse 5 under one of the rims. Round shape, relatively high, with 2 handles, ears, horizontal groove under the handles, turned-up rim. Rustic, brutalist look, very decorative. 18.5cm max. diameter, 20cm max. width with handles. 9.5cm max. height. Very good overall condition for its age, with a few traces of use and age, however, small chips and wear to the varnish, relatively discreet and harmonious in the patina of the object, 1 small lack of varnish also in the bottom of the pot, I therefore advise against putting water in it. Approx. 1kg.
