Fantastic, large, rectangular stoneware Bowl/Plate by Mari Simmulson for Upsala Ekeby Sweden. Art pottery signed by Mari Simmulson (MS) and stamped UE. Modell Nr. 4158. height 4,5 cm width 16 cm length 26 cm
This plate has only one tiny chip around the edge, which is for this plates really normal and only one is very good indeed! With the rough texture and rustic approach of the whole piece, they do not really disturb. At the bottom there are som traces of glue left probably from a felt bord protection. Keep in mind it is vintage so smaller traces of age can appear. See pictures and video for your own judgement.
