Product description
Guy Lefèvre was born on November 13, 1933, in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar and died on January 12, 2018. He was a French designer who has worked on the contrasts between materials, playing with shiny and matt. Its furniture is geometric and very elegant in its line.
One of the characteristics of its furniture, by example his iconic tables and consoles that we also find in his mirror is the slight gap between the two frames giving an impression of lightness and floating effect. This mirror is made of a solid brushed nickel frame.
Guy Lefèvre started as a stained glass maker in the Indian Ocean, Madagascar, Reunion and Mauritius to finally be associated with Maison Jansen having designed several lines they distributed when he moved his workshop to rue Mazagran in Saint-Denis. In Paris, he obtained the title of Maître Verrier at the Chambre Syndicale des Maître Verriers in 1972 .
