Starglass from Luceplan is an elegant prismatic diffuser made of molded glass. The lighting is created using automotive technology, similar to that of car headlights. Starglass is available in transparent or semi-mirrored glass and offers a wide range of light distribution. Designed by Paolo Rizzatto, 2005. The lamp was purchased at Hazewindus Lampen in Amsterdam at the end of 2008 for €594. It has always hung above the dining table, except for the 3.5 years we lived abroad. Now that we are moving to another house, we are ready for a new lamp. Although we are still very happy with this lamp.
The inside is half mirrored but parts are worn away (I don't know why)
