Product description
Dutch design at its best ! In the '60-s Louis van Teeffelen designed this beautiful armchair for furniture manufacturer Wébé with the characteristic plywood shell seat. An easychair from the so-called 'A-series', which lives up to its name. The seat has a good layer of foam and a slightly springy back. Beautifully slim design, without losing sight of the comfort.
Only the finest teak was used for the solid wood frame. The hours spent replacing the old varnish layer have been more than worth it. Thus, the grain is once again clearly visible, it is scratch-free and the frame looks like new.
A vibrant velour with woven-in pattern by Designers Guild was chosen for the reupholstery. The shade is described by Flexa as 'Sisal' (see last picture for the best impression). The soft sheen makes it a very chic combination.
In short, a Dutch design of yesteryear, a stylish addition to the interior of today!
