Product description
Levant architecture drawing board form the late 60-ies (approximately) is made of a high quality steel frame, in industrial grey-green hammered paint. The table itself is made of wood and measures 80x120cm (this is slightly less that A0!). This makes is considerably more compact than the more modern tables. When taken apart, the drawing table easily fits in a station wagon.
The drawing arm is form Tecnostyl. All works as it should and is original, yet, as seen on the pictures has had a rich life in the architecture studio.
(note: the sizes of the drawing table are in taken in the standing position as shown on the picture, obviously these sizes will change when the table is put into another position)
Some details, although fitting the age, should be noted: The paint en several metal parts show ware and a bit of rust. The surface of the drawing table is loose in one corner (replacing it with a new sheet is normal procedure with these boards), the counter weight lost a bit of its sand, so should be refilled to come to the right weight (which is the weight of the table + drawing arm). The drawing arm broke off the table at some point (I believe something heavy fell on the tip of the arm) and has been fixed to the other side of the table (the board obviously has been turned upside down for that).
