Product description
This extraordinary Bauhaus-style lamp, equipped with a large push-button switch based on lamp designs by Marianne Brandt, was created in the early 1960s by the design team of Lutz Rudolph, Peter Beyer, Klaus Neubert, Theo Schröder and Christian Wagner from Leuchtenbau Lengefeld. The lamp on offer here was manufactured in 1965 and is in excellent condition for its almost 60 years. There is only a very small chip in the paint on the back of the lampshade (see photos). Leuchtenbau Lengefeld was founded in 1900 as Wittig und Schwabe Metalldruckwarenfabriken, Lengefeld. In 1946, the name was changed to Leuchtenbau Lengefeld. Since private sale, exclusion of any liability for material defects, guarantee and return.
