Lars Åke Bessfelt was born on December 12, 1945. He designed several lamps for the company Ateljé Lyktan. Including the Grevie lamp series in 1979, the Hanö in 1985, the Hockey, Bombus and Cleo in 1986, the Corona and Oval in 1987, and probably several other lamps.

Ateljé Lyktan is a Swedish lighting company founded in 1934 by Hans Bergström and his girlfriend Verna Norell.
The lamp is very neat. There are 2 very small hairline cracks on the shade of the table lamp, almost invisible.
Only the foot shows some slight discolouration.
