Very nice antique water jug ca. 1930, attractive panelled body, beautiful handle ornamented with rococo reliefs, on 4 nicely worked lion paws. Large neck with wide rounded spout and rim. 21.5cm high, 20cm wide spout + rim, 13cm max. diameter approx. Silver plating, square hallmark on butt, goldsmith's trade to identify A.G. Separated from a sword. Good condition, with a number of more or less visible surface scratches, light patina in places, no silvering. Approx. 1kg.
