Rare Japanese Gripo-lite clamp lamp, 1960s The lamp has a chromed/nickel plated metal spring handle with swivel head and a wine red aluminum shade These were one of the first clamp lamps and the clamping was not yet perfect, later the rubber sheaths were added Manufactured by Gripo-Lite, Japan, ca 1960 Model V12 Dimensions: Length cap 18 cm, Diameter cap 12 cm Old store stock new in original box. These are more collectible items for lighting enthusiasts and collectors, beautiful and unique but less practical to use
