"Nie am Meer" is part of the "Black Frame" series, which shows clear, concise and sometimes perhaps a little offensive statements.
However, the aim is to make thoughts visible that many people know. The horizon of interpretation can be concrete but far-reaching.
The technique, medium and choice of colors vary greatly within the series. Although each painting has the same frame, the content is very different.
The artist Kiara Knevels is a self-taught artist from Düsseldorf, Germany. She studied fashion and design management (Bachelor of Arts) and subsequently attended the New York school of Arts for a non-degree program.
Her works can be categorized as abstract, contemporary art and live from her intuitive, emotionally driven way of working.
Since starting her own business, Kiara Knevels has had the pleasure of exhibiting her art in various venues and has several exhibitions planned for the coming months:
