The method of knotting and diversity of patterns make this rug unique and emphasize its authentic and artisanal character. This is an excellent utility carpet with an extremely long lifespan. Characteristic of a Keshan is a beautifully designed medallion, trees and figurative motifs. You will also see Keshan's completely covered with floral motifs. The most common colors are red, blue and beige. Keshan carpets are durable carpets made of high quality wool often with rich lustre on a cotton warp (bobbin thread) This is a little used, cleaned carpet that can be laid down like this. Nice large clean and fresh carpet with some non-disruptive residual stains. Main color: Cream/pistache Accent colors: Cream, pistachio, cognac, yellow, red and shades of blue.
