Vintage early 1970s rare orange plastic wall shelf by Kartell designed by Marcello Siard in 1968. First wall shelf made entirely of plastic manufactured by Kartell. Marked on the back. Sleek space age plastic design, functional and decorative.
With the necessary signs of use, small scratches, dull spots and a small tear/break on one side. A minimally disfiguring detail. Therefore emphatic advice to use all suspension points to avoid further damage at the crack/break. The wall shelf still has a beautiful variegated color after more than 50 years and is stable and sturdy. Dimensions: 80 x 30.5 x 35 cm.
