Kantcho Kanev, 1957 Bulgaria, came to the Netherlands in 1990 and has been living and working in The Hague ever since. His first exhibition in the Netherlands immediately marked his breakthrough. This was quickly followed by his international success. Kantcho Kanev is a master of oil painting. His use of color and his color transitions are his trademark and inimitable. Every observation of his work reveals a new aspect, therefore it never bores!
Kantcho Kanev has now obtained several international awards including the first prize at the Biennale in Tokyo (Japan).
