Beautiful vintage ceramic table lamp by Jette Hellerøe for Axella ceramics in Denmark.
The lamp is signed by Danish ceramicist Jette Hellerøe (see photo 5).
Jette was born in 1940 as the daughter of Einer Hellerøe, the founder of Haslev Keramik.
She trained at the School of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and worked in her father's studio until 1972, where she also produced work under her own name.
She then opened her own studio in Lønstrup where she worked until 2001.
Over the years she has also worked for BR (Brothers Rasmussen) Keramik and Axella Keramik.
For this beautiful lamp we made a lampshade in the color mustard yellow.
