Unique vintage Italian fruit sculpture, glazed ceramic, hand painted. This 'fruit topiary' dates from the mid-20th century ('50-'60) and is a handsome piece of craftsmanship! With maker's stamp: 60025/60 Is in good vintage condition, however on the top grape bunch are two damages (see photo) although this does not detract from the high unique decorative value of this piece. It will undoubtedly be a unique eye-catcher, in the middle of a table as a showpiece, in short, a piece for someone who likes to add an original and personal touch to her/his interior. This beautiful piece consists of 4 layers of fruit stacked on top of each other and houses another surprise. This piece can be put back into service as a fountain/water feature if pump is replaced.
